Visit Our Ensenada Manufacturing Campus
Our flagship plant sits seven minutes south of the Ensenada cruise terminal on Blvd. Costero, with direct access to Highway 1D for same-day cross-dock to Tijuana, San Diego, and Long Beach ports. The facility houses 23 CNC mills, 9 multi-axis lathes, a climate-controlled metrology lab, and dedicated cells for medical and aerospace work.
Drop-offs, supplier audits, and customer FATs are welcome Tuesday through Thursday. Contact our front desk at least 48 hours ahead so we can stage materials, prep a conference room, and pair you with the right shift lead.

What is your typical RFQ response time?
Standard quotes return within 24 business hours. Complex assemblies with 20+ parts or tight PPAP requirements may take 48–72 hours, and we will confirm a timeline up front.
Do you support low-volume prototyping runs?
Yes. We run prototypes down to a single part on our quick-turn cell with 5-day lead times. No minimum order value, though setup fees apply under five pieces.
Which file formats do you accept for quoting?
STEP, IGES, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360 native files work best. We also accept DXF plus PDF drawings and can reverse-engineer from physical samples if needed.
Can you meet our current lead time if we are already late?
Tell us your ship-by date on the RFQ form. Our planning team will confirm capacity the same day and may offer expedited shifts, though a rush surcharge of 18 to 25 percent applies.
